Location. Just a walk away from Api Api Night Market and Gaya Sunday Market.

The location is great, near to Sunday market, Night markets, shopping malls, eating & drinking places, central point to venture further to the rural places of interests, easily accessible etc etc etc

Hotel is located within walking distance to the city center like easy access to the weekend market at Gaya Street by foot. In short if you are not the lazy type who likes to explore places by foot then this place is ideal. The staff are very cooperative and helpful which happened to us. Really appreciate their kind assistance. Breakfast - oh! it offers bits of everything for all. No one should be complaining.

We stayed in Dreamtel hotel Kota Kinabalu for 7 day this November 23'. It was really pleasure to stay in very comfort and clean hotel with reasonable price at the heart of city. At first we have a issue about the room. We were attended by Ms. Atiqa a very professional and well mannered staff. She settled our problem. Changed our room. And the way she talk was very polite that make us to extend our staying. We've very happy to say that our stay at Dreamtel is one of the best for this year. Thank you booking.com.

I love this hotel. This was my second stay. It is simple and clean. Bed is comfortable and it's quiet so you get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately we didn't get a nice view this time around but it was still a great stay. Staff are courteous and helpful. Location is perfect for exploring all that Kota Kinabalu has to offer.
